The Regal Rita is located at 803 West 30th Street between University Ave and Royal St. This is one of the most convenient and patrolled locations in the campus area. The closest entrances to USC are the Trousdale North Entrance via the Hoover Pedestrian Mall and the Royal Street Entrance. These entrances along with Trader Joe's are only a five-minute walk from the Regal Rita.
Spacious bedrooms, living rooms and dining areas provide more than enough space and privacy for roommates, but also provide a lovely haven for those who wish to live alone. Nestled behind tropical palms, trees and flowering shrubs, each apartment is lovingly cared for and maintained.
The Regal Rita is managed by the team at TUP Holdings Inc. who are dedicated to providing excellent service.
All units at the Regal Rita are one-bedroom apartments with one bathroom. A maximum of three occupants per apartment is allowed for the yearly rental rate. Please contact us for current rates and leasing specials.
- The Regal Rita is within the USC DPS zone where DPS patrols 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
- All outside-access doors require a key.
- Property is enclosed with iron fencing.
- Main parking lot is secured by a gate requiring a security code.
- Security cameras are posted in various locations on the building including parking areas.
Inside unit: Hardwood and tile flooring, quartz countertops*, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, double sink with garbage disposer, ceiling fan, vertical blinds, large windows, air conditioning, central heat, separated bathtub/toilet and bathroom vanity/sink for privacy, walk-in closets*, mirrored closet doors*, extra storage in unit. We usually can provide main furniture items for no additional cost.
Outside unit: On-site laundry facilities, outdoor patio areas, bicycle racks, secure storage in garage, and beautiful trees, plants, ferns, shrubs and flowers.
Location: Walking distance to restaurants and shops on Figueroa and the USC Village.

Parking is available for an additional monthly fee on a first-come, first-serve basis. Each space has its own locked storage cabinet (storage can be rented separate from parking if needed).
